Has anyone asked you recently, how healthy do you feel? This may seem like a strange question but it is a valid one. Your day to day performance and even your mood can depend entirely on your perception of your own health. Some of the main factors affecting how healthy you feel include nutrition, quality of your sleep and the amount of exercise you get.

Nutrition or the lack of will directly affect how healthy you feel. If your body is not getting the fuel it needs to operate as well as the vitamins and minerals that are necessary to keep all of your machinery running in top shape you will feel tired run down and even depressed. If you eat healthy and make sure you give your body everything it needs you will feel refreshed and ready to go.

Exercise can have a direct impact on how healthy you feel. You do not have to join a gym to exercise you can take a walk or play catch in the yard almost anything you do is considered exercise. Exercise is important as it gets the blood flowing and helps the body burn excess calories. This in turn leads to a feeling of well being and directly affects how healthy you feel.
