Understanding Food Labels
Are you looking at the whole picture?
If this is far down as you get when you stop reading then you are not getting the true picture of what you are eating.

Calories and Cholesterol is not enough to check on.
If you are on a diet or have any medical conditions that require you to be food conscious, then you have to read the
entire food label!
As annoying as it might be, looking at the ingredients is a must!
Time consuming? Perhaps. Life saver? You bet!
This is where you will really see what you are eating. Many foods may promote
themselves with labels such as 'low fat', etc, but reading the ingredients will
assist in avoiding those ingredients you should avoid.
