Vitamins Are Important!
Have you taken your vitamins today?
Stress, work, fast foods are all working against you.
If you can't take the time to prepare nutritious meals at least remember to take a multi-vitamin to help out!
But be careful!
When the body is deficient in a particular vitamin the body provides unique symptoms that correspond to that vitamin. Two of the most common vitamin deficiencies include vitamin D which contributes to such conditions as osteoporosis, and vitamin A, which is known to contribute to night blindness.
Remember, an excessive intake of some nutrients can cause acute poisoning. Obtaining the vitamins and nutrients you
need naturally from the food you consume should be your goal. If totally impossible to achieve,
it is best to speak to a nutritionist or your physician before randomly swallowing mega doses of vitamins and
supplements and potentially causing a health problem.
